Julissa Bermudez (born September 28, 1983 in the Dominican Republic ) is an American actress and presenter .
Life
Julissa Bermudez was born in the Dominican Republic but grew up in New York . While attending Talent Unlimited High School in New York , she began modeling and auditioning for roles. Her first breakthrough came with an appearance in a Coca-Cola ad. She was also one of the six finalists to represent Jennifer Lopez 's Sweetface clothing line .
She achieved the greatest degree of awareness by moderating the music program 106 & Park on Black Entertainment Television and Jersey Shore : After Hours on MTV .
Together with her good friend, the singer Adrienne Bailon, she starred in the reality show Empire Girls: Julissa and Adrienne .
