Julius Carl Pannier

Julius Carl Pannier (born July 28, 1789 in Zerbst ; † September 2, 1856 ibid) was a German administrative lawyer and politician.

Life

Pannier attended legal lectures at the Platner Institute in Leipzig and studied mathematics in Halle from 1808 to 1813 and law in Heidelberg . In Heidelberg he was a member of the Corps Guestphalia . After completing his studies he became a councilor, and in 1850 government commissioner in Zerbst.

From September 21, 1848 to May 30, 1849, Pannier was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly (fraction Augsburger Hof ) as the successor to Carl Adolph Felix Aue. Pannier elected Friedrich Wilhelm IV. As Emperor of the Germans. In 1850 he belonged to the Volkshaus of the Erfurt Union Parliament .
