Julius Emrich

Julius Emrich (born September 20, 1985 in Lahr ) is a German handball player .

Emrich grew up in Schwanau . He is the son of Armin Emrich , a former national handball player and well-known handball trainer and official.

The circle runner was active at HTV Meißenheim, TuS Schutterwald , the second team of TV Willstätt , TV Bittenfeld , the Stuttgarter Kickers and until 2012 in the 2nd handball league at TV 1893 Neuhausen . Since the summer of 2012, Emrich played for the Swiss NLA club Kadetten Schaffhausen . With Schaffhausen he won the championship and the SHV Cup in 2014 . He then moved to the German Bundesliga promoted SG BBM Bietigheim . A year later he went into the second class with SG BBM. He has been running for SV Kornwestheim since summer 2017 .

With the A-youth of TuS Schutterwald he became German Vice-Champion in 2002. With the university team of the University of Stuttgart he became German University Champion in 2007 .

In 2006 Emrich was awarded the sports merit plaque of the city of Waiblingen for special services to sport .

Emrich is a qualified engineer for vehicle technology .
