Julius von Röder
Julius Heinrich Reinhard von Röder (* July 2, 1798 in Rudolstadt ; † January 6, 1881 there ) was judge, chancellor and minister of state in Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt .
Life
Julius von Röder was the son of a Rudolstadt court counselor . He studied law and was since December 6, 1819 as a government assistant with seat and vote member of the government of Rudolstadt. On December 19, 1827 he became a councilor. On December 22, 1831, he was appointed senior judge at the Zerbst Court of Appeal .
From September 21, 1836 he returned to the government and received the title of a secret councilor on October 1, 1836. Now he also joined the Secret Council College. On January 10, 1846, he also became tax director. From 1821 to 1846, Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt had the special feature that the Prince's Landtag Commissioner was also the President of Parliament. With this regulation, Julius von Röder was co-chairman of the state parliament in 1839 and 1845 .
With the outbreak of the March Revolution , he became head of the Secret Council and the Government on March 11, 1848, and was given the title of Chancellor on December 29, 1848.
On May 1, 1850, he was appointed real secret council and minister in the new government organization.
On January 30, 1850, he was unanimously elected in the constituency of the Principality of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt as a member of the People's House of the Erfurt Union Parliament.
On December 19, 1851, he resigned and was retired due to dissatisfaction with reaction- era politics .
