Junior de Barros (born April 19, 1993 in Carmo da Mata ), also just Junior Barros , is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Junior Barros was under contract with the Brazilian club Atletico Paranaense in Curitiba from 2012 to 2015 . During that time he was loaned to Cuiabá EC , EC XV de Novembro (Piracicaba) and AD Recreativa Cultural Icasa . With Icasa he won the 2014 Copa Fares Lopes . After the end of his contract, he moved to Guarani FC in 2016 , a club based in Campinas , in the state of São Paulo . From July 2016 to September 2016 he was loaned to Anápolis FC . After the end of the contract in March 2017, there was no contract or association until June 2017. At the end of June 2017 he moved to Japan . Here he signed a contract with Ventforet Kofu . The club from Kofu played in the highest Japanese league, the J1 League . At the end of 2017 he had to go to the second division with Kofu. From July 2019 to January 2020, he was loaned to league rivals FC Gifu . At the end of 2019, he had to relegate to the third division with the club from Gifu . After the loan, he returned to Ventforet in early 2020.
