Yuri Nikolajewitsch Schischkin ( Russian Юрий Николаевич Шишкин ; born January 9, 1963 in Voronezh , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian football player and is currently a football coach.

Career

Career as a football player

The 1.87 meter tall goalkeeper began his career in handball with the Youth "Crystal" club . In the tournament "Кожаный мяч" (literally translated "leather ball") he was used for the first time in a football game. After leaving school, he began his career with the reserve team of the FK Fakel Voronezh club . His main occupation was sports. After ten years with PFK ZSKA Moscow , he moved to Brazil in 1991 to join the Rio Branco club . He signed a one-year contract with the club, but was mostly injured. After the year in Brazil, he returned to Russia and was looking for a club. He was again offered a contract by the PFK CSKA Moscow association. He accepted the contract and signed it.

In 1993 he moved to the club Okean Nachodka on the suggestion of the coach Aleksandr Averyanov . During the season he completed 26 league games and hit 26 passes into the goal. His other positions were Kamas Nabereschnyje Tschelny , Jeonnam Dragons ( South Korea ), Krylja Sowetow Samara , FK Fakel Voronesch , FC Spartak-Chukotka Moscow , with the Latvian club FK Ventspils and at the end of his career from 2003 to 2004 with the club Krylja Sowetow Samara.

Career as a football coach

In 2001 Yuri Shishkin began his career as a goalkeeper coach. In 2001 he trained the goalkeeper of the FK Ventspils club . After he was a goalkeeper for the club himself for a year, he moved to the club Krylja Sowetow Samara . There he was assistant coach from 2003 to 2006 and coach of the goalkeeper in 2007. Since 2007 he has been under contract for the Saturn Ramenskoje association . First he trained the goalkeeper of the first division, in 2008 in the reserve and since 2009 he has trained the goalkeeper of the first division.
