Jurij Wiktorowytsch Schljachow ( Ukrainian Юрій Вікторович Шляхов , * 27. May 1983 in Dnipropetrovsk ) is a former Ukrainian diver . He started in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board as well as in 3-meter synchronized jumping. Schljachow took part in two Olympic Games and won a medal at European championships .

He played his first international title fights at the 2002 European Championships in Berlin , where he reached the finals from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and was fifth. At the following European Championships in 2004 in Madrid he was sixth from the 3-meter board and won his only medal in international championships in the 3-meter synchronized jumping with Dmytro Lysenko . Schljachow started in Athens for the first time at the Olympic Games , but retired there as 26th from the 3-meter board after the preliminary fight. In Melbourne Schljachow took his only in 2007 World Cup in part and came there from 1-meter board in the preliminaries rank 14. In the 2008 European Championship in Eindhoven he missed the fourth one-meter board a medal narrowly. Schljachow played his second Olympic Games in Beijing , but missed the semifinals again as 23rd of the preliminary fight. He played his last international championship at the 2010 European Championships in Budapest and was seventh in the final from the 1-meter board. He then ended his active career.

At the Summer Universiade , Schljachow was able to win bronze medals twice from the 1-meter board.
