Justin Britt (* 29. May 1991 ) is an American American football poker players. He last played on the position of center for the Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL).

college

Britt played college football for the Missouri Tigers from 2011 to 2013 at the University of Missouri . He played there in all five positions on the offensive line .

NFL

Britt was drafted in the 2014 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks as the 64th player in the second round. In his first season he played on the position of the right tackle in all season games and won the NFC Championship Game with the Seahawks , in which he could not play due to a knee injury. However, he played again in Super Bowl XLIX , which the Seahawks lost. After showing poor performance in the tackle position, he was retrained to the left guard position for the 2015 season . For the 2016 season he was retrained to the position of center . On August 17, 2017, Britt received a new three-year contract valued at $ 27 million.

After missing just two games in his first five seasons for the Seahawks, he failed to appear in eight games in 2019 after being placed on the injured reserve list due to a cruciate ligament rupture . Britt was released at the end of April 2020.

Private

Britt is married and has one daughter. He wears a quote from 1st Corinthians as a tattoo on his chest. During the off-season he oversees a youth training camp at his former high school .
