Justin Westhoff

Justin Westhoff (* 1948 in Düsseldorf ) is a German medical and science journalist . Westhoff has been working as a freelancer since 1976 and is now also the owner of the MWM-Vermittlung agency in Berlin.

Life

Westhoff studied political science and journalism in Berlin. In 1973 he completed his diploma. He completed several training stations in various media. 1974/1975 he worked as a "responsible employee" in the press and public relations of an international pharmaceutical company.

He has been a freelance medical and science journalist since 1976. He worked for several major German media outlets, such as the Tagesspiegel , the Süddeutsche Zeitung , the Stuttgarter Zeitung , the Zeit , der Woche and, for example, Bild der Wissenschaft . He also works for Deutschlandradio Kultur , where he moderated the show 2254 (until September 16, 2013), and for Deutschlandfunk . He also moderates numerous panel discussions.
