The 2019 season of the K5 League had been the first season of the highest amateur league in South Korean football. The 2019 season was played with 11 relays of 6 teams each. The Gwangju / Jeollanam-do relay was the only relay with 7 teams. The best teams of all seasons played the league championship in the King's Cup. Due to the league reform of the K3 League, no promoted team was played.
At the King Cup 2019 (also K5 League Championship ) identifies the Master attended all seasons. SMC Engineering won this year's K5 League championship. The tournament began with the group stage on November 16 and ended with the final game on November 23, 2019. The tournament was played in Daejeon .

The winners of the respective groups qualify for the knockout phase and compete against each other in the semifinals and play off the teams to reach the final. The winner of the final is the K5 League 2019 champion. The semifinals will take place in the Daejeon Hanbat Sports Complex - and the final in the Daejeon World Cup Stadium . The group stage was drawn on October 30, 2019. SMC Engineering won the King's Cup.
