Cabinet Koehler II
The Köhler II cabinet formed the state government of Baden from November 23, 1926 to February 3, 1927 .
According to the constitution, the term of office of the president and his deputy was one year. In its second session on November 23, 1926, the state parliament elected the president and his deputy. The other ministers had been in office since the beginning of the 1925 electoral term and did not have to be re-elected. Only Minister of the Interior Adam Remmele resigned as Minister of Education at the beginning of the meeting, so that a successor had to be elected.
