Maier Cabinet (Baden-Württemberg)
The Maier cabinet was appointed Prime Minister in the 4th session of the Landtag on April 25, 1952, immediately after Reinhold Maier was elected. On May 29, 1952, the cabinet members were finally sworn in. The cabinet held office until Gebhard Müller was elected Prime Minister on September 30, 1953. Two days earlier, the cabinet had decided to resign in the light of the results of the 1953 Bundestag election .
