Cabinet Filbinger IV
The Filbinger IV cabinet existed until Hans Filbinger resigned as a result of the Filbinger affair in the 7th electoral term of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament . On August 30, 1980, Lothar Späth took over the office of Prime Minister and formed the Späth I cabinet .
