Carlos Eduardo de Souza Floresta , nicknamed Kahê , (born August 28, 1982 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
society
Kahê began his professional career at Associação Portuguesa de Desportos . In 2004 he joined Palmeiras São Paulo , then the attacker was active for Associação Atlética Ponte Preta . In the summer of 2005 he left his home country and moved to the Bundesliga with Borussia Mönchengladbach . He played his first game for Borussia on September 10, 2005 against MSV Duisburg . He scored his first goal on November 27, 2005 against Hertha BSC .
For the 2006/07 season, Kahê was able to secure a regular place in the storm . In the first five games of the season he scored four goals, but then he managed no more hits. In August 2007 he then moved to the Turkish first division club Gençlerbirliği Ankara . For the 2010/11 season he moved to Manisaspor within the Turkish league .
In his first season for Manisaspor, Kahê scored ten goals in 31 games and was instrumental in staying up. The following season, however, was less successful, in 29 missions he failed to hit, and Manisaspor was relegated penultimate. In what is now the third year for Manisaspor, Kahê played the best season of his career so far, scoring 17 goals in 33 league games, making him second in the PTT 1. Lig goalscorer list . Since Manisaspor reached fourth place in the table at the end of the season, the club qualified for the play-offs in the Süper Lig . The opponent was Adana Demirspor , with Kahê contributing a goal in the 2-1 victory. After Manisaspor lost 2-0 in the play-off final against Konyaspor , they had to play in the second division for another year. After Kahê could not agree on his salary with the board, he left the club at the beginning of the 2013/14 season and moved to rival Denizlispor . After only one season he also left Denizlispor and joined the league rivals Karşıyaka SK . He played here for two seasons and left Turkey in the summer of 2015.
National team
During his time at Nacional (São Paulo), Kahê played three times for the Brazilian U-20 national soccer team .
