The Kamienna (German Zacken ) is a left tributary of the Bober ( Bóbr ) in Poland .

course

The Kamienna rises on the ridge of the Silesian Giant Mountains and in its upper reaches represents the boundary between the Giant Mountains and the Jizera Mountains . In this section it appears as a typical mountain river with a strong current in a stony river bed.

At Piechowice ( Petersdorf ) at the foot of the Giant Mountains, the Kamienna enters the wide Hirschberg Valley and flows in a north-easterly direction towards the town of Jelenia Góra ( Hirschberg ), where it flows into the Bober.
