Tim Kamrad (born April 10, 1997 in Wuppertal ) is a German singer-songwriter .

Life

Kamrad grew up in Langenberg , a district of Velbert in the Mettmann district . He started playing the guitar at the age of five . He also took part in the school choir of his elementary school.

After smaller band projects and initial songwriting experience, he worked with the "Rent-A-Recordcompany" service from Motor Music , under which he released his first single "Changes" on October 7, 2016 .

In November 2016, Tim Kamrad toured Germany and Austria as support for Lions Head's “See You Tour Part II” . He also played on December 15, 2016 in Cologne as support for the band ABC , which was successful in the 1980s .

On February 24, 2017, Kamrad's debut EP Changes was released . In connection with this publication, he was voted Newcomer of the Month for March by the Hamburg radio station N-Joy . At the end of 2017 he appeared as support on some dates of the club tour of the singer Lotte . In 2018 he supported Sunrise Avenue on their Heartbreak Century tour.
