The canton of Issy-les-Moulineaux-Ouest was a French constituency in the arrondissement of Boulogne-Billancourt , in the department of Hauts-de-Seine and in the region of Île-de-France until 2015 ; its main town was Issy-les-Moulineaux . Denis Larghero (formerly UMP and NC , now FED ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2002 to 2015, re-elected in 2008 .
