The canton of Saint-Cloud is a French constituency in the arrondissements of Boulogne-Billancourt and Nanterre , in the department of Hauts-de-Seine and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Saint-Cloud . Eric Berdoati ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2011 .
