The Canton Montrouge is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Antony , in the Hauts-de-Seine and the region Ile-de-France . Its main town is Montrouge . Jean-Loup Metton (initially UMP , now NC ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2004 .
