The canton of Garches was a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Nanterre , in the department of Hauts-de-Seine and in the region of Île-de-France until 2015 ; its main town was Garches . Yves Menel ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Department from 2007 to 2015 .
