The Cape Leblond ( French Cap Leblond ) is a cape at the northern end of the Biscoe Islands belonging to Lavoisier Island west of the Antarctic Peninsula .
It was mapped during the Fifth French Antarctic Expedition (1908-1910) under the direction of Jean-Baptiste Charcot . He named it after Auguste Leblond (1856–1934), Mayor of Rouen and President of the Geographical Society of Normandy .
