The Cape Little is a chap at the far end of the peninsula between Wright Inlet and Keller Inlet on the Lassiter Coast of the West Antarctic Palmer Lands .
It was photographed during an overflight during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) in December 1940. Additional aerial photographs were taken during the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948), which carried out a survey of the area in collaboration with the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey performed. The expedition leader Finn Ronne named the cape after Delbert Morse Little (1898-1991), the deputy operations manager of the United States Weather Bureau , who had developed the program for the transmission of weather data during the expedition.
