The Cape Sastrugi is a headland at the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It protrudes 2.5 km northwest of Snowy Point from the west side of the Deep Freeze Range into the eastern flank of the mouth of the Priestley Glacier in the northern part of the Nansen ice table .

The so-called northern group of the British Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) under the direction of the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott explored and named them. It is named after a large Sastrugi , who blocked the northern group from accessing this headland.
