The cap hill is a mountain on the Pennell Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises east of Fortenberry Glacier on the Tapsell Foreland Peninsula on Yule Bay .
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX I (1979–1980) gave it a descriptive name.
