The Nagorno-Karabakh dram ( Armenian Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դրամ , Russian Карабахский драм ) is a monetary unit of the internationally unrecognized, legally Azerbaijan belonging Republic of Nagorno Karabakh .

Although the Karabakh Dram is legal tender , it is not used as widely as the Armenian Dram . 2 and 10 dram banknotes were previously put into circulation with the date 2004, printed by the Austrian State Printing House . Five different coins were put into circulation, also dated 2004. There are two 50-luma coins made of aluminum depicting a horse and a jumping antelope , three 1-dram aluminum coins depicting a wild cat , a pheasant and St. Gregory the Illuminator and two 5 dram coins made of bronze- aluminum, which depict the Ghazanchezoz Cathedral of the city of Shuschi and the stone head monument.
