Karin Kayser-Frutschi
Karin Kayser-Frutschi (born January 14, 1967 in Aarberg ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).
Kayser grew up in Oberdorf in the canton of Solothurn and completed an apprenticeship as a gardener and trained as an engineer (HTL) for fruit growing, viticulture and horticulture in Wädenswil. She was a councilor from 2008 to 2014 and from 2010 to 2014 mayor of Oberdorf in the canton of Nidwalden . She was elected to the canton's government council in 2014 . There she is Justice and Security Director and Deputy Economics Director.
Kayser is married, has four children and lives in Oberdorf.
