Karl-Heinz Popp

Karl-Heinz Popp (born September 17, 1934 in Regensburg ; † January 13, 2012 ) was a German politician ( FDP ).

Life

Popp, born in Regensburg in 1934, was a senior course director and headmaster of various vocational and technical colleges in the Upper Palatinate. He was a member of the German Bundestag in the ninth electoral term from 1980 until its dissolution in 1983. He was also a member of the Defense Committee and the Research and Technology Committee. He received his mandate from the Bavarian State List, on which he was a candidate. From 2002 he was also a member of the advisory board for questions relating to internal guidance .

From 1978 to 1996 he was a member of the Amberg City Council .

Karl-Heinz Popp died on January 13, 2012 at the age of 77.
