Karl August Rudolf Rüder

Karl August Rudolf Rüder (born May 31, 1852 in Leipzig , † March 14, 1912 in Roßwein ) was a German conservative politician .

Rüder attended Thomasgymnasium and studied law at the city's university . In 1872 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Leipzig . He also worked as a judge in Schmölln . From 1882 to 1887 he was mayor of Ehrenfriedersdorf , then until 1912 as mayor of Roßwein. As a representative of the 7th urban constituency, he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament for the Conservative State Association from 1893 to 1908 . From 1897 he acted as the Chamber's first secretary.

For his work he was honored with the Knight's Cross First Class of the Order of Albrecht .

Among other things, he was a member of the German Fleet Club and the local rifle club.
