Karl Burdach
Karl Burdach (born July 28, 1891 in Chemnitz , † December 30, 1976 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general in World War II .
Life
Burdach served as an officer in the First World War . After the war he switched to the Reichswehr and worked as a commander and general staff officer in various units. In the Wehrmacht during World War II he led the 251st Infantry Division , the 11th Infantry Division and the 311st Artillery Division , among other things .
