Karl Dulheuer

Karl Friedrich Dulheuer (born May 27, 1834 in Meinerzhagen , † 1914 ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Karl Dulheuer was born as the son of the father of the same name, at that time assessor at the Lüdenscheid regional court , and his wife Amalia, née. Spark born. He studied law at the Universities of Bonn , Halle and Berlin . In 1854 he became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Bonn . After completing his studies, he pursued a career as a judge. In 1873 he was a district judge and in 1879 a district judge in Dortmund. Most recently he was regional court director at the regional court in Dortmund . He retired in 1911.

Dulheuer sat from 1873 to 1879 for the constituency Arnsberg 5 (Dortmund, Bochum) in the Prussian House of Representatives and appeared there as a reporter on the draft law on deposit regulations . He belonged to the faction of the German Progressive Party .
