Emilio Malchiodi
Emilio Víctor Malchiodi (born March 28, 1922 in Junín , Buenos Aires Province , † November 21, 1997 ibid) was an Argentine shot putter and discus thrower .
In 1945 in Montevideo he was South American champion in both disciplines. In 1947 in Rio de Janeiro , he defended his shot put title and won bronze in the discus throw.
At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 , he was eliminated in both disciplines in qualification. The following year he won the discus throw at the South American Championships in Lima in 1949 .
At the Pan American Games in Buenos Aires in 1951 , he was fifth in the discus throw.
