Pedro Elsa (born October 28, 1901 in Buenos Aires , Argentina , † unknown) was an Argentine athlete.

The 1.78 m tall discus thrower and shot putter took part in the South American Championships several times . He also took part in the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles and was able to take 18th place with the discus (34.36 m) and 14th place in the shot put (11.77 m).

Overall, in addition to the aforementioned Olympic placement, he was able to achieve the following successes at the South American championships in discus throwing:

  • 1926 : 2nd place
  • 1927 : South American champion
  • 1929 : 2nd place
  • 1933 : 2nd place
