Karl Huber (born December 20, 1952 in Landshut ) is a former German ice hockey goalkeeper .
Career
Karl Huber played for EV Landshut from the 1971/72 season . Since he not there to Bernhard Englbrecht passed as number one, he moved to the 1976/77 season for EV Rosenheim . When the insolvent EVR was renamed SBR and was able to stay in the Bundesliga, Huber remained loyal to the team. During the 1979/80 season Huber moved back to EV Landshut and left the place in the goal of the SBR Rainer Makatsch .
After Makatsch was ousted by Karl Friesen and a replacement goalkeeper was needed again in Rosenheim, Huber could be moved to return from Landshut for the 1981/82 season . Two championship titles followed in Rosenheim before he ended his active career after the 1985/86 season.
