Karl Rainer Klug (* 31 March 1988 in Caledonia , Minnesota ) is a former American American football poker players. He played his entire career with the Tennessee Titans in the National Football League (NFL) on the position of the defensive end .

college

Clever attended the University of Iowa and played for their team, the Hawkeyes, college football from 2007 to 2010 , with a total of 140 tackles and 11.5 sacks .

NFL

At the 2011 NFL Draft , he was selected in the 5th round as 142nd overall by the Tennessee Titans and has been used in every game since then, mostly as a defensive end, but sometimes also as a tackle.

In March 2015, he signed a two-year contract worth 3.75 million US dollars .
In March 2018, he was released from the Titans.

After the career

Currently (as of 09/19) Klug is working as a defensive line coach at Fred J. Page High School in Franklin , Tennessee .
