Karl Martin Schade
Karl Martin Schade (Czech Karel Schade , born January 17, 1862 in Rokycany , † February 20, 1954 in Vienna ) was an Austrian landscape painter .
Karl Martin Schade studied since 1881 at the Vienna School of Applied Arts of the Imperial and Royal Austrian Museum for Art and Industry , then from 1882 to 1885 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna . From 1889 to 1890 he was a student of Ludwig Minnigerode .
Schade took part in art exhibitions in Vienna, Munich, Brno and Prague. In 1932 he received the Gold Medal of Merit of the Republic of Austria .
In 1935 his pictures were exhibited at a collective exhibition with 70 works in the Palmenhaus in Vienna's Burggarten .
