Karl Osner
Karl Heinrich Josef Osner (born March 13, 1927 - September 15, 2014 ) was a German ministerial official .
Osner was ministerial director in the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation (BMZ) until 1992 .
He was the founder of the Society for the Promotion of North-South Dialogue and was deputy chairman of the German Justitia et Pax Commission .
