Karl Seuling

Karl Seuling (born April 26, 1900 in Alten-Buseck ; † January 15, 1984 in Buseck ) was a German politician ( KPD Hessen ) and former member of the state parliament of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

family

Karl Seuling was the son of the farmer and master cooper Ludwig Eberhardt Seuling and his wife Katharina nee Becker. On August 19, 1922, he married Margarethe nee Müller.

Karl Seuling made 1914-1917 a bookbinder and performed from June to December 1918 military service . After the war he was a bookbinder's assistant until 1928 and then a construction worker until 1930, after which he was unemployed. He was also a farmer in Alten-Buseck.

After the seizure of power by the Nazis, he was briefly in protective custody taken. From 1936 he worked as a moulder and served again from 1939 to 1945. From 1945 to 1965 he worked at the Gießen pension office. In 1952 he was appointed government assistant.

Karl Seuling was a member of the state parliament for the KPD in his 6th electoral period from 1932 to 1933.
