Karl Weiser (painter)

Karl Weiser (born July 15, 1911 , † November 18, 1988 ) was an Austrian painter .

Life

Karl Weiser studied from 1930 to 1937 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna under Karl Sterrer . He worked as a book graphic artist and book designer at Otto Müller Verlag .

In 1938/1939 he married Martha Weiser (1913–2008), who was the first city councilor in the city of Salzburg .
