Karl August Friedrich Adolf von Fischern (born February 16, 1796 in Liebenstein , † June 13, 1875 in Hildburghausen ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

His parents were the ducal Saxon-Meiningischen chamberlain , chief forest master and captain Friedrich Ludwig von Fischern (* April 5, 1769 - January 30, 1834) and his wife Amalie Charlotte Karoline von Uttenhoven (* March 25, 1777 - March 12, 1856 ).

He studied law in Jena . During his studies in 1816 he became a member of the original fraternity . In 1817 he took part in the Wartburg Festival. 1821-1823 he was a member of the Government of Meiningen , 1822 Regierungsrat , 1823 as Senior Government . From 1826 to 1935 and from 1841 to 1848 he was a member of the Secret Council College . In 1826 he became Ministerialrat and in 1829 a member of the Meiningen State Ministry. From 1831 to 1836 he was director of the administrative senate of the state government. In 1835 he became government director . He was political advisor to Duke Bernhard II of Saxony-Meiningen . From 1836 to 1863 he was President of the Higher Regional Court , and from 1850 also of the Court of Appeal in Hildburghausen .
