Karlheinz Stegemann

Karlheinz Stegemann (born February 7, 1936 in Nübel , Schleswig district ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and former member of the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein .

Stegemann attended elementary school and the Bundeswehr technical school, then went to a distance learning institute specializing in business administration and worked in the postal service after an apprenticeship at the Deutsche Bundespost . He then worked as a traveler and sales manager in the branded goods industry and, from 1964, an independent businessman in a trading agency. He was a member of the state board of the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein trade association and commercial broker and chamber district chairman in the Kiel chamber district, member of the plenary assembly of the Kiel Chamber of Commerce and Industry, commercial judge at the Kiel regional court and honorary judge at the Lüneburg Higher Administrative Court .

In 1971 Stegemann became a member of the CDU, where he was the local association chairman, member of the district association committee of the CDU, district chairman of the economic and medium-sized business association of the Kiel district association and a member of the district board of the CDU Kiel. He was a founding member and board member of the Schleswig-Holstein Association of Economic and Medium-Sized Companies, initially as an assessor, then as (deputy) chairman. Stegemann was a member of the council of the state capital Kiel , member of the supervisory board of Stadtwerke Kiel, Kieler Verkehrs AG and Deutsche Städtereklame in Frankfurt am Main , member of the city council of Kiel as an honorary department head for tourism and chairman of the tourist office. On August 2, 1984, he moved to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament, to which he was a member until 1987.
