Kaspar Wilhelmseder

Kaspar Wilhelmseder (* around 1681 in Tittmoning , Bavaria ; † November 7, 1755 in Salzburg ) was mayor of the city of Salzburg in the middle of the 18th century.

Wilhelmseder came from a host family in Tittmoning and was accepted into Salzburg's citizenship on December 7, 1709 . In Salzburg in 1723 he became a poor bag administrator, in 1732 city treasurer and in 1740 a regional co-ordinator and general tax collector. He was the owner of the house at Judengasse 7 and the owner of the Christoph Bergmannische Spezerey-Waaren-Handlung . As successor to Michael Wenger, he held the office of Mayor of Salzburg for 14 years from May 1741 to 1755.

After his death, he was buried in the St. Blasius Church in Salzburg at the Trinity altar.
