Kasper Junker

Kasper Junker (born March 5, 1994 ) is a Danish football player . He is under contract with Aarhus GF and is a former Danish junior international.

Career

Junker had played for Vinding SF and FC Djursland in his youth before joining SK Freja Randers , one of the clubs within Randers FC .

He made five appearances in the first team of Randers FC in the 2013/14 season from March 2014 and finished seventh with his club. In the winter transfer period of the 2014/15 season he switched to the second division club FC Fredericia on loan until the end of the season , but did not play a game. In the 2015/16 season Junker finished sixth in the table with Randers FC.

In summer 2016 he moved to Aarhus GF . In the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons he managed to stay with the club after the relegation playoffs. His contract runs until 2021.

National team

Junker played five times for the Danish U20 national team and three times for the Danish U21 national team . At the 2017 European Under-21 Championship in Poland , he was part of the Danish squad , but was not used.
