Kata Dobó (born on February 25, 1974 in Győr , Hungary as Katalin Kovács ) is a Hungarian actress .
Life
Kata Dobó was born as Katalin Kovács . She studied acting at the Budapest Film School Színház- és Filmművészeti Egyetem . In 1999 she immigrated to the USA with her sister Réka Kovács. With further acting classes in Los Angeles, she played minor supporting roles in films such as Rollerball (2002), Basic Instinct - New Game for Catherine Tramell and Blood and Chocolate and leading roles in major Hungarian productions such as Just Sex… and Nothing Else and Children of Glory .
From 1997 to 1998 she was married to the Hungarian actor Dávid Vermes. She was in a relationship with the Hungarian-American film producer Andrew G. Vajna from 1999 to 2006. Since 2008 she has been in a relationship with the musician Gulyás Levente, with whom she has had a child since 2012.
