Catherine Michel (* 17th September 1988 ) is the winner of the fourth season of Music Star , the talent show of SF 1 . She appeared briefly under the pseudonym Kät .

Life

Katharina Michel comes from Brienz ( Canton Bern ) and worked as a hairdresser until the beginning of 2009 . She grew up with her three sisters and their parents.

From January to March 2009 she took part in the Swiss talent show MusicStar , which she won in the final on March 29, 2009 in the SMS and telephone voting in front of the favorite Raquel Rodo. Her first single, sung in Swiss German , entitled Kei Luscht zum ga , was released on March 30, 2009 under the name "Kät" and reached number 3 on the Swiss charts. The second single Landei , published under her real name Katharina Michel, reached number 21 at the end of July. The song was produced by Florian Ast .

In September Katharina Michel finished her album Heimatland & strengnehagel , which entered the top 10 of the album charts. She now works as a presenter for Radio BEO.
