Fabienne Louves [ ˈfabi̯ɛn ˈluːvɛs ] (born May 5, 1986 ) is the winner of the third season of MusicStar , the talent show from SRF 1 .

Life

She comes from Emmenbrücke in the Lucerne municipality of Emmen and worked as a back office assistant until the beginning of 2007 . Her father, who is originally from Guadeloupe , works in a bistro in Lucerne .

From 1998 to 2003 Louves sang in the girl group Girls to Girls with, which also opened for No Angels and Boney M. occurred. The band was dissolved because the three girls found too little time due to their education.

From January to March 2007 she took part in the Swiss talent show MusicStar , which she won in the final on March 4, 2007 in the SMS and telephone voting in front of the favorite Sandra Wild with 70% of all votes. A few days after the final broadcast, it became public that Wild did not want to win because - due to major differences - she did not want a record deal with Sony BMG , whereupon she asked her friends to vote for Louves.

Her first single, sung in Swiss German , entitled Wach uf , was released on March 23, 2007 and reached number 10 in the Swiss single charts; the album with the title Schwarz uf Wiiss finally followed on May 4th 2007. Since the end of March 2010, her new album Fabulös has been available in stores.
