Kathrin Lehmann (journalist)
Kathrin Lehmann (born August 29, 1963 in Hamburg ) is a German television and radio presenter , journalist and media trainer .
Life
Kathrin Lehmann grew up in Hamburg and graduated from high school there in 1982. After completing her training as an advertising clerk, she worked for a year as a communications consultant in a Hamburg PR agency in 1985 .
She had her first media contact in January 1987 as an intern at the private broadcaster Radio Schleswig-Holstein . During her subsequent stay in the USA in Santa Monica , California , she realized radio reports for R.SH and did another internship with the foreign correspondent Frances Schoenberger.
In August 1987 Kathrin Lehmann started working for Radio Hamburg , initially as a freelancer. An internship followed from 1988 to 1990. She could then be heard as the prime time presenter of the daily program Hamburg Live until 1998. From 1994 to 1997 she hosted - parallel to Radio Hamburg - the regional magazine Guten Abend RTL for Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein on RTL Nord . In 1999 Kathrin Lehmann switched to SAT 1 .
As editor and presenter of the show 17:30 live for Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Hanover , she worked for television on weekdays until 2001. In addition, she moderated the Energy Weekend at Energy Hamburg on the weekend . From June 2001, she shifted her work focus back to the radio business. At Alsterradio she could be heard again every day and presented the Alsterradio afternoon as a moderator and editor . In addition, she was the head of program planning and moderation training.
After training and certification for business coach Kathrin Lehmann made in March 2004 as a media trainer independently . It supports executives in optimally positioning themselves and the companies behind them in public. The main training areas are media training, crisis communication training, presentation performance training and moderation training. In 2017, Kathrin Lehmann also trained and certified as a resilience trainer.
Since January 2020 she has been publishing her own podcast under the title “Management Inside”. In it, she interviews decision-makers and experts on manager-relevant topics. The podcast appears every 2 weeks.
