Kati Winter (born October 15, 1989 in Potsdam ) is a German web video producer , streamer , radio play speaker , author and influencer .

Life

Kati Winter became known through the YouTube channels she operates, “Kati Winter Creepypastas & Audiobooks” and “Kati Winter Märchenwelt”, on which she primarily uploads settings of creepy pastas and fairy tales .

Kati Winter was born the daughter of a teacher couple and grew up bilingually ( German and Russian ).

She began her career when she wrote her first novelVoyeur ” at the age of 19 and published it on YouTube in audio form . She became aware of Creepypastas through her audience and has been running Creeypasta , radio play and audio book channels on YouTube ever since . Thematically, it mainly covers the genres of horror , science fiction and fantasy .

After a discontinued training as a health and nurse , Kati Winter did a double bachelor's degree in psychology and German and then a master's in German. Both works dealt with their second favorite and main topic: fairy tales (also less well-known fairy tales are read out here).

Since June 22, 2018 she has been married to the colleague and operator of the channelSCP Archive”, known as “The Archivist”. The couple only lived in Bavaria , but since moving back to their home in Saxony-Anhalt .
