Peter Höner

Peter Höner (born January 17, 1947 in Eupen ) is a Swiss writer , actor and playwright .

Life

Peter Höner grew up in Belgium and Switzerland . He writes prose , plays, radio plays and scripts . He lives and works on the Iselisberg .

In the period from 1969 to 1972 he completed an acting degree at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg . As an actor he worked a. a. in Hamburg , Bremen , Berlin , Basel , Mannheim and Baden. He has been a freelance writer, actor and director since 1981 . From 1986 to 1990 he stayed in Africa and from 1997 to 2000 he was President of the Olten Group . He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cultural Foundation of the Canton of Thurgau from 2012 to 2019.

Höner is still a member of the Writers' Association for Authors of Switzerland AdS .
