Katrin Schurich
Katrin Schurich (* 1970 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian theater actress and director.
Georges Ourth was looking for a Gretchen for his Faust I production and found it in the then 14-year-old Katrin ( Tini ) Schurich, the daughter of his ensemble member Cordula Schurich . Katrin Schurich, at that time still a student at the Musisches Gymnasium Salzburg , mastered the challenge brilliantly and from then on played in the ensemble of the Elisabethbühne . There she was also trained as an actress. Another early role was Eli in " Das Gauklermärchen " on the side of Prince Jojo Harald Krassnitzer . Since 1988 she has played at the ETA Hoffmann Theater in Bamberg , at the Salzburg State Theater and at the Schauspielhaus Salzburg . In 2001 she founded the theater and network "SWIMMERINNEN" and in 2004 she won the Emscher Drama 03 authors' competition with "larvae skin".
