The Kedgwick River is the left headwaters of the Restigouche River ( Rivière Ristigouche ) in the northwest of the Canadian province of New Brunswick .

The Kedgwick River arises at Kedgwick Forks at the confluence of its two headwaters North Branch and South Branch Kedgwick River - 70 km north-northeast of Edmundston . The Kedgwick River flows mainly in a south-easterly direction until it joins the Little Main Restigouche River coming from the south-west . The Kedgwick River runs within Restigouche County . It has a length of about 50 km. It drains an area of ​​1590 km². The mean discharge at the confluence with the Little Main Restigouche River is 32 m³ / s.
